Your Payment
01) Payment must be made within 3 days upon confirmation. Otherwise, item will be released from reservation mode.
02) We will email you our posb savings account no. upon confirmation. You can choose to make payment via ATM or by internet banking from your designated bank.
03) Payment from international buyers: Payments are to be made through PayPal only. You do have to pay for the postage. Cost depends on weight. We will advise the postage cost via email

Our Special Arrangement
01) For postages, all our products are properly wrapped with bubbles.
02) We can arrange for meetups at MRT stations at your and our convenient time for bulky items and items above S$50.
03) Please add another $2.24 if you wish to receive your purchases through registered post.
04) International Delivery: We usually post packages as regular standard ground mails. This will take about 7-11 days.

Return Policy
01) Immediate refund will be issued to you once we receive the item back in its original condition, unopened & unused.
02) Buyers will pay postage for returns.
03) We highly encourage buyers to use registered mails to ease the returns process.
04) Please contact us within 7 days after receipt of item for any returns.

A1. We buy these goods in bulk at low price and sell them at promotional price. However these items are limited, is best to buy early to avoid disappointment.

A2. Price of the sample size is definitely lower than the normal size. Good news for travellers. Sample size is light to carry and minimize space in the luggage bag. Our sample size qualifies for hand-carry in the airplane, especially the volume in each of our sample size bottle contain less than 100ml.
(Requirement by Airline Regulation Of Singapore is “Each bottle must not carry a quantity more than 100ml for hand-carry into the airplane”.
